London, UK – 26th July 2016: After only a year in London’s Covent Garden district, Comet have already outgrown the office thanks to a significant increase in the size of their UK-based team and so are set to join with their new Merkle colleagues at their offices in London’s vibrant district of Bermondsey.
With this increase in UK-based employees came an increase in demand for more space to meet with clients as well as a space better suited to accommodate this steady growth. In March of this year, it was announced that Comet were to become part of leading performance marketing agency Merkle, not only strengthening Merkle’s global presence but also adding to their global offering and expanding their portfolio of services with Comet’s expertise in areas such as real-time decision management solutions. Since becoming Comet: a Merkle company, it therefore seemed only natural for the new office in London to be based in the Merkle offices over in Tanner Street, thus solidifying Comet’s position as part of the Merkle family.
This is an important step for Comet because becoming part of Merkle brings many benefits and so working alongside them at their offices only further strengthens this new relationship, enabling Comet to build on its current services and begin to look ahead at new possibilities. As well as the growing relationship between Comet and Merkle, this move also directly benefits the Comet team in London as well as Comet’s clients. As Comet will remain as a separate specialist unit within the Merkle family until the end of 2017, the team will have their own dedicated space within the offices as well as access to the exceptionally well-fitted and modern social areas, kitchen and the large number of meeting rooms in which the building holds. The friendly, bright and welcoming environment will mean that the team will be able to host more client meetings, which not only provides further opportunities for clients to be brought closer to the heart of Comet, but it also facilitates Comet’s important aim of building and strengthening its relationships with its clients.
