This week was the IBM Amplify 2017 conference, held at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The conference focused around the discovery of how to redefine customer engagement in the Cognitive era, learning how Cognitive is transforming customer engagement to make each customer feel recognised and special at every step of their journey. Attendees heard from a wide range of talented and inspiring individuals who all presented their thoughts and opinions on this subject which, together with a number of special events and innovation talks, resulted in a thoroughly enjoyable, informative and inspiring few days.
This year was especially important for us here at Comet because we were awarded Outstanding Marketing Business Partner of the Year!
